HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1962-012VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH RESOLUTION NO. 62-12 Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 20th day of March, 1962. The following members were present: Mayor Keefe, Trustees Yngve, Kreatz and Curtis The following members were absent: Trustee Teberg. Trustee Curtis introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: "WHEREAS, the Commissioner of Highways has presented to the Village of Plymouth for approval the Preliminary Design Plans for Interstate Highway #494 as such highway passes through the Village of Plymouth, and WHEREAS, said Design Preliminary Plane have been reviewed by the Village Engineer and he has under date of February 19, 1962, made a report to the Council thereon and, W MEAS, said report of the Village Engineer contains certain re:.,x mendations with regard to certain design changes in the proposed Preliminary Design Plans of said Interstate Highway #494, NON/, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH: 1, That the Council does hereby approve said Preliminary Design Plans for Interstate Highway #494 on the condition, however, that the Commissioner of Highways adopts the recommendations of the Village Engineer with respect to said Preliminary Design Plans as outlined in his report dated February 19, 1962. 2. The Village Clerk is directed to send a copy of this resolution to the Commissioner of Highways together with a copy of the report and recommen— dations of the Village Engineer of the Village of Plymouth dated February 19, 1962.^ Motion to adopt said resolution was seconded by Trustee Yngve and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Keefe, Truatees Yngve, Kreatz and Curtis. The following voted against: None. 1962. Whereupon said resolution was duly passed and adopted.
