A regular meeting of the Village CouLcil of the Village of Plymouth was held on the 20th day of February, 1962, at the Village *Ii co mbnaing at. 7:30 o'clock P.M. Members Present: Mayor geefe, Trustees Yngve, Kreatz, Curtis and Teberg.
