Resolution No. 62-9
A regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village
of Plymouth was held on the 6th day of February, 1$62, at the
Village hall commencing at 7130 o0clook P. H. !lembere present.
VAyar Keefe, Trustees Yngve, H eatz, Curtis and Teberg. Yenhere
absents None.
Trustee Ynave offered the following r evolution and
moved its adoptions
"RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ACQUISITION OF-
TA%-FOR"ITED LANDS FOR PUBLIC PURPWXS!
WHOMS, under date of January $, l$62, a communication
_sin 'received fscet the Hennepin County Land Aepartaaent advisit>s
that certain lands in the Village of Plymouth were tax -forfeited
and had been classified as non -conservation lands, and
WMEAS, it is deemed to be necessary, advisable and
in the. public intarest to acquire said lands for public purposes
and to make application for conveyance of said tax -forfeited
lends to the village,

The motion to adopt the resoluitioa,xas seconded
by Trustee Curtis and upon vote being t akesi thereon,
