caved its adoption:
RESOLUTION 62-•8
RESOLUTION APPOINTING LAWRENCE E. TEBERG AS
TRUSTEE OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH TO FILL
THE UNEXPIRED TERM OF THOS. J. KEEFE.
WHEREAS, as a result of the Village elections held in the
Village of Plymouth on December 5, 1961, Thos, J. Keefe was elected
as Mayor of the Village, and
WHEREAS, the election of Mayor Keefe caused him to relinquish
his office as Trustee of the Village, thereby creating a vacancy on
the Village Council;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH:
That Lawrence E. Teberg be and he hereby is appointed as a
Trustee of the Village of Plymouth to fill the unexpired term of
Thos. J. Keefe, ending December 31, 1962.
Notion to adopt the Resolution was seconded by Trustee Curtis
and upon vote being taken, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor
Keefe, Trustees Yngve, Kreats and Curtis. Against: None.
Whereupon said Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
