RESOLUTION WAIVING REQ'JIRFd A -TS OF
SUBDIVISION ORDLiANCE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH
Be it resolved by the Village Council of Plymouths
That the requirements of the Ordinance of the Village of P3,,wuth
passed on July 16, 1959, and filed August 7, 1959, in Book 838 of
Miscellaneous Records, page 55, Register of Deeds, Hennepin County,
Minnesota, relating to conveyance of parcels of land less than two and
one-half (2j) acres in area, ars hereby waived as to the following
described lands:
The Mast 90 feet of the West 675 feet of the North 330
feet of the Southwest 1/4 of Section 15, Toraiehip 118,
Range 22, according to the map or plat thereof on file
or of record in the Office of the Register of Deeds,
Hennepin County, H innesuta.
Motion to adopt the hesolution was seconded by Trustee Curtis
and upon vote being taken, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor
Keefe, Trustees Yngve, Kreats, Curtis and Teberg. Following voted
against: None.
Whereupon said Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
