Be It Resolved by the Village Council of Plyuouth:
That the requirements of the Ordinance of the Village of
Plymouth passed on July 161, 1959 and filed August 7, 1959, in Hook
g of Miscellaneous Records, Page 558 Register of Deeds, Hennepin
County, Minnesota, relating to conveyance of parcels of land less
Uan tu++o and one -halt W) acres in area, are hereby waived as to
the following described landsi
Let One (1) Bloek Ons (I),, Osier Addition, acoord-
ing to the m+ or plot thereof on filo or of reenod
in the Offise of the Register of Dead*,, Hennepin

All that part of the Northw"t Quarter (N.V. 1/4)
