RESOLUTION 62-4
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting
of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was
held on the 9th day of January, 1962.
The following members were present: Mayor Keefe; Trustees
Yngve, Kreatz and Curtis.
The following members were absent: None
Trustee Yngve introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION WAIVING SET-$ACK REQUIREMENT
FOR HOME LOCATED UPON LOT 30, BLOCK 4,
IVAt�HOE WOODS.
Be it resolved by the Council of the Village of Plymouth on
this day of 9 January 1962 that the existing residence on Lot 30,
Block 4, Ivanhom Woods, at the corner of Saratoga Lane North and West-
wood Circle and numbered 5A Saratoga Lane North, be permitted to stand
at a distance of 14 + feet from the 20 -foot road easement for Westwood
Circle, in exception to the Building Code of the Village of Plymouth
adopted March 15, 1956, which provides for a 20 -foot distance from
this road easement.
The motion to adopt said resolution was seconded by Trustee
Kreatz and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor
thereof: Mayor Keefe, Trustees Yngve, Kreatz and Curtis
and the following voted against: None.
Whereupon said resolution was duly passed and adopted.

of a regular meeting of the Village Council of said village held on
January 9, 1962, with the original thereof on file in my office and
the same is a full, true and complete transcript therefrom.

seal of the village this 9th day of January , 1962.
