Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting
of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was
held on the 2nd day of January, 1962.
The following members were presents Mayor Keefe; Trustees
Yngve, Kreats and Curtis.
The following members were absents None
Trustee Yngve introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoptions
"WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution of the Village Council of the
Village of Plymouth adopted november 7, 1961, Frank Herbert Seward was
appointed as a part -tins police officer effective November 1, 1961 and,
WHEREAS, under the rules, regulations and laws of the State of
Minnesota relating to the Public Employees Retirement Fund it is
necessary that the council designate the position to be held to be
that of police officer before such officer can participate in the
benefits of the Public Employees Retirement Fund.
NOW MHEFCBE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLA(Z COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYFDUTH :
That the position held by Frank Herbert Seward with the Village
of Plymouth is that of police officer
The motion to adopt said resolution was seconded by Trustee
Kreats and upon vote being taken thereon, ti-, following voted in favor
thereof: Mayor Keefe; trustees Yngve, Kreats and Curtis
and the following voted against: None
Whereupon said resolution was duly passed and adopted.

thereof: Mayor Koofej Trustees Yngwe, ILreats and Curtis
and the following voted against. N=w
Whereupon said resolution was duly passed and adopted.
