HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1961-062f VILLM of PLx O= i► RESOLUTION 61-62 Pursuesnt to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, vas held on the 19th day of December, 1961. The following ambers were presents Mayor Anderson; Trustees Keefe, Kreats, Theis and Yngve. The following members were absents None. Trustee Keefe Introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoptions 'WHEREAS, Frank Seward has been required, in pursuance of his duty as a police ofticere of the Village of Plymouth, to appear as a witness on behalf of the Village in the District Court of Hennepin County, Minnesota, in a case arising out of an appeal from the Plymouth Municipal Court and, WHiBREAS, in the performance of this extra duty Bald Frank Seward was serving the Village of Plymouth for a four (4) hour :)sriod out- side of his regular duty hours and, WHEREAS, it is desirable that arrangements be made to compensate said officer for this extra duty time, NOW THEMCRE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTHS That the appropriate Village officers be authorised and directed to sake payment to police officer Frank Seward for four (4) hours of extra duty time at his regular rate of compensation" The motion to adopt said resolution was seconded by Trustee Kreat$ and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Anderson; Trustees Keefe, Kreats, Theis and Yngve and the following voted against: !lone Whereupon said resolution was duly passed and adopted.
