Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting
of the Village pencil of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was
hall an the 19th day of December, 1961.
The following ae■bere mere present: Mayor Anderson; Trustees
Keefe, Kreats, Theis and Yngee.
The following members were abseatt None.
Trustee Keefe introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
"ilMUW, pursuant to Resolution of the Village Council of the
Village of Plymouth adopted Aughst 1, 1961, Brace W. Johnson was
appointed as a part -ties police officer effective July 26, 1961 and,
WHEREAS, under the rules, regulations and laws of the State of
Minnesota relating to the Public Employees Retirement Fund it is
necessary that the council designate the position to be held to be
that of police officer before such officer can participate in the
benefits of the Public Eepleyees Retirement Fund.
NOW THOSPORE, BE IT RESOLVED 8" THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VIUAGB OF PLYKUU7H:
That the position held by Bruce W. Johnson with the Village
of Plymouth is that of police officer."
The notion to adopt said resolution was seconded by Trustee
Kreats and upon vote being taken therson, the following voted in favor
thereof: Mayor Anderson; Trustees Keefe, Kreats, Theis and Yngve, and
the following voted against: None.
Whereupon said resolution was duly passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting clerk
of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have
carefully compared the attached and foregoing extract of the minutes
of a regular meeting of the Village Council of said village held on
December 19, 1961, with the original thereof on file in my office
and the same is a .V11, true and complete transcript therefrom.
WITNESS, ny hand officially as such clerk and the corporate
seal of the villcge this 14th day of December , 1961.

held on the 19th day of December, 1961.
The following members twre presents Magor Anderson; Trustees
goofs, greats, Theis and Yng".
The following members were absent: bone.
Trustee Keefe introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:

benefits of the Public Employees Retirement Fund.
NOW THIRUCKE, BE IT RESULVED BY THE VILLA(; COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH:
That the position held by Bruce W. Johnson with the Village
of Plymouth is that of police officer."
The motion to adopt said resolution was seconded by Trustee
Kreats and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor
thereoft Mayor Anderson= Trustees Keefe, Kreats, Theis and Ynae, and
the following voted againsts None.
Whereupon said resolution was duly passed and adopted.
