WHZUAS, the 1'illaas of Plymouth has astabliahsd a Mmiicipsl
Court pursuant to Chapter 488 of the Minnesota Statutes; and
WHIMIAS, in the establishment of said *micipal Court chars
was no provision for any special judge; and
WHIREnS, the attorney General has advised that the Council
of the municipality cannot later provide for a spacial judte; and
WHZRZAS, public convenience and necessity would be enhanced
if there were two judges available for the Plymou" *Adetpal Coast
from time to thee; and

NOW TUUFM, AS IT MDOLVID, that the Osuwsil by the Village
of Plymouth do hereby request Chief Justice Roger L. ball of the ttsta
of Hiamesou to direct the amicipal judges of !hooch and Bolden Valley
to serve, each in the other's covert, as needed.
