the Housing and Homs Finance Agency for a loan to defray the expense
of the preparation of preliminary plans relating to the construction
of sanitary a erwer and water facilities in the Village, and,
iW--SAS, saia Hossir4� atici Noise Finance Agency has requested
that, in add tion to the feasibility study previously sub fitted, a
preliminary plan for a specific public Work be eut+aitted and,
WHiSktASS, in consultation With the contiul.ting engineers
retained by the Village, a determination ha: been wade as to the area
of the Village most in need of sanitary sewer and water eorvices and,
MALADS, it is necessary that the consulting engineers be
instructed and directed to proceed tamediately with such plans,

Orr•-Schelen, Inc., consulting engineers for the Village of
Plymouth are herel7 authorised and directed to prepare preliminary plans
with respect to the follaging proposed projects In the following areas s
1. Sanitary Sewer -
All of the Southeast District arra that portion
of the Southwest Listrict lying bast of Vicks-
burg Lane as extended throughout the District
as such Districts are set out and defined in
that certain sanitary sewer report dated
July 17, 1961.
2. Wa r -
The South 1/3 of the Village of Plymouth lying East
of the proposed State Hl.ghway No. 494 the Southeast
Quarter of the Southeast Quarter (SE t SE -,J of
Section twenty-two (22) and the South half of the
Southwest Garter (5 J SW) of Section twenty -titre.

The notion was seconded by Trustee Kreats and upon vote being
taken the following noted in favor thereof: Mayor Anderson, Trustees
Keefe, Yngvs, Kreatss uad Theis.
The following voted against: Now.
Whereupon the resolution was declared to be duly passed and
adopted. Dated 14member 6, 1961.
