Sanitary Sewer - All of the Southeast District arra that portion of the Southwest Listrict lying bast of Vicks- burg Lane as extended throughout the District as such Districts are set out and defined in that certain sanitary sewer report dated July 17, 1961. 2. Wa r - The South 1/3 of the Village of Plymouth lying East of the proposed State Hl.ghway No. 494 the Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter (SE t SE -,J of Section twenty-two (22) and the South half of the Southwest Garter (5 J SW) of Section twenty -titre. (23)", The notion was seconded by Trustee Kreats and upon vote being taken the following noted in favor thereof: Mayor Anderson, Trustees Keefe, Yngvs, Kreatss uad Theis.
