moved its adaption:
RESOLUTION 61-57
"RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING
THE USE OF DAY LABOR
WHEREAS, the Villa -e Council did on the 7th day of
Novemaer, 1961 authorize the purchase of a thirty-foot strip of
land for street right-of-way purposes in Section 32, Township 118,
flange 22 from Rose B. Meech for the sum of $900.00, and
WHEREAS, as a condition of :he purchase of said right-
of-way, the Village of Plymouth did agree to replace the fence
on the property of said Rose Meech, which fence was removed dur-
ing the construction of the street in question, and
WHEREAS, the replacement of said fence is necessary and
incidental to the construction and improvement of said street, and
WHEREAS, the replacement of said fence can be accomplished
most economically by the use of day labor,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RRSOLVED By the Village Council
of the Village of Plymouth:
That the fence removed from the property of Rose B.
Meech in Section 32, Township 118, Range 22 dxaring the course of
street construction be replaced on the property of Rose B. Meech
at such location as said Rose B. Need', shall determine and that
said work shall be done at village expense and by day labor."
The above resolution was seconded by Trustee Keefe and
upon vote being taken thereon the following voted in favor thereof:
Mayor Anderson; Trustees Keefe Kreatz and Yngve.
and the following voted against the same: None. Absent;Trustee Theis.
whereupon said resolution was declared duly r,assed and adopted.

The above resolution was duly seconded by Trustee
Keefe aad upon vote being taken thereon the following voted
in favor thereof : Magor Anderson, Trustee Keefe, Kreats and Yngve.
and the following voted against the same: None. Absent; Trustee Theis
whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
