Trustee Yngve presented the following resolution and :moved its
RESOLUTION 61-56 X 50
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING MAYOR AND CLERK TO
EZECUTT INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT
WHEREAS, an agreement has been prepared by the Village Attorney
relating to the proper industrial development of Lots 1 thru 6, Black 6,
Beacon Heights First Addition and,
WHEREAS, such agreement has been executed by the developer of
the aforesaid property and the owner thereof has attached his consent to
such agreement and,
WHEREAS, the Village Council has been appraised and informed of
the nature and contents of such agreement and approves its terms and con-
ditions,
PLYMOUTH,
NOW THEREFCRE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF
"That the Mayor and the Village Clerk be authorised and directed
to execute said agreement on behalf of the Village of Plymouth."
The motion to adopt said resolution was seconded by Trustee Theis
and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:
Trustee Keefe, Kreats, Theis and Yngve. Absent; Mayor Anderson,
The following voted against: None
WHEREUPON, said resolution was duly passed and adopted.
