HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1961-050$XTRACT OF MINUTES OF REGULAR AEETING OF VILLAZ COUNCU OF VILLAGE,, OF YLrMOUTH C' X JQ Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a Regular r:eeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was duly held at the Village Hall in said village on Tuesday, October 10, 1961 at 8100 o'clock P.M. The following members were presents Mayor Anderson, Trustees greats, Theis and Yngve and the following were absents Trustee Keefe. The meeting was called to order by Mayor Anderson e a e e e* a e e Trustee Kreats introduced the following resolution and moved its adoptions RRFMLUTION APPROVEING THE PROPOSED AMMMT WITH THE MINNEAPOLIS INDUSTRIAL RAILWAY COMPANT AMD AUTHORIZING THE MAYCH AND VILLACM CLERK TO MGM SAID AGRED40T HE IT RESOLVED, by the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth that the proposed Agreement submitted to the Village Council by the Minneapolis Industrial Railway Company granting to the Village a license to construct, maintain and use a drain pipe upon the property of the Railway Company at Creelman, Minnesota, is hereby approved and the Mayor and Village Clerk are authorised and directed to execute said Agreement on behalf of the Village.R The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was seconded by Trustee Theis, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor aFc: -.fs Mayor Anderson, Trustees Kreats, Theis and Yngve and the following voted against the names Nora Absent; Trustee Keefe Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
