The following Resolution was offered by Trustee Kreats secondtfd by x

WHEREAS, pursuant to an advertisement for bids for the improvement
of the following streets, to -grits
1. 45th Ave. from Larch Lane to Horth terminus.
2. 30-1/2 Ave. from State highway 101 to v4s% terminus.
30th Ave. from State Highway 101 to 30-1/2 Ave.
3. Fountain Lane from County Road 6 to Garland Lane.
Garland Lane from County Road 6 to Fountain Lane.
17th Ave. from Fountain Lane to Garland Lane.
4. Byerly Drive from County Flown 6 to 21st Ave.
Wellington Drive from County Road 6 to 21st Ave.
21st Ave. from State Highway 101 to meat line of
Oakwood Mawr.
5. Ives Lane from Beacon Heights Drive to 15th Ave.
Beacon Heights Drive from Ives Lane to 15th Ave.
15th Ave. from Beacon Heights Drive to East terminus.
Hidden Lake Circle from 15th Ave. to South teraftus.
6. l5th Ave. from Pineviev Lane to the Servioe Drive of
state highway 55.
Service Drive of State Highway 55 from 15th Ave. to
base= Heights School entrance.
llth Avenue from Pineview Lane to 12th Ave.
Larch Lane from State Highway 55 to South terminus.
12th Ave. trams Larch Lane to Oakview Lane.
7. Lakeridge Place from 22nd Ave. to North terminus.
22nd Ave. from County hoad 18 to Lakerldge Place.
by graveling, base construction and bituminous surfacing.
Bids ware received, opened and tabulated according to law and the
following bids were received complying with the advertisement.

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF
01. The mayor and clerk are hereby authorised and diroctbd to
enter into the attached contract with C. S. McCrossan, Inc.,
of Osseo, Minnesota, in the nemv of the Village of Plymouth
for the improvement of the following streets, to -wits

to the plans and specifioationetherefor approved by the Village
Council and on file In the office of theVillage Clerk.
2. The Vill=ige Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to return
forthwith to all bidders the deposits made with their bids, except
that tae deposits of the successful bidder and the next lowest
bidder shall be retained until a contract has been signed."
Upon► tits .all of the roll, the following voted in favor the the Resolution:
Trustee Keefe, Kreats and Yngve. Absent; Mayor Anders and Trustee Theis.
The following{ None, vot6d against its adoption, whereupon the presiding
officer declared the Resolution adopted.
