RESOLUTION WAIVING REQUIRWKNTS OF
SUBDIVISION ORDINANCE
YIL-L -09 OF PLYMOUTH
Be it resolved by the Village Council of Plymouths
That the requirements of the Ordinance of the Village of Plymouth
passed on July 16, 1959, and filed August 7, 1959, in Book 938 of Mis-
cellaneous Record*, page 55, Register of Deeds, Hennepin County, Kinn-
soots, relating to conveyance of pcxcels of land lege than two an
one-half (21) acres in area, are hereby waived as to the following
described lands&
That part of the Northeast 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 of Section
1, Township 118, Range 22, described as followa: Commencing at
a point an the East line of said Southeast 1/4 distant 1080.5
feet South from the East quarter corner of said Section 11 thence
at right angles West a distance of 515.0 feet; thence at right
angles South a distance of 50 feet, thence at right angles East
a distance of 515.0 fret to the 8"t line of said Soutb .sat 1/4;
thence North along said East Line to the point of beginning;
except the East 175.0 feet thereof.
