RESOLUTION ORDERING IMOVEWNTS

PREPARATION OF PLANS
Trustee Yngve introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoptions
WHEREAS, a Resolution of the Village Council, adopted the 18th day
of July, 1961, fixed the let day of August, 1961, as the date for a public
hearing ont
Bituminous surfacing
with respect to the following street (s), to -wits
12th Avenue North from Highway 101 to the East Terminus thereof
WHEREAS, all property owners whose property is liable to be
assessed for the making of these Improvements were given ten dVI i pub-
lished notice of the Council hearing through two weekly publications of
the required notice and the hearing wu held and property owners heard
on the lot day of August, 1961.
NOW THEREFORE, HE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THF: VILLAGE OF
PLYMOUTH:
"1. Such improvements as set out above and for the street (a) as
above indicated are hereby ordered as proposed in the Council
Resolution adopted July 18, 1961.
2. The Village Engineer is hereby directed to prepare plans and
specifications for the caking of such improvements
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by Trustee Theis and upon vote being taken theron, the following
voted in favor thereof: Mayor Anderson, Trustees Keefe, Kreats, Theis
and Yngve.
The following voted against the sames None.
The following were (absent) (abstained from voting)t Mone
