WHEREAS, pursuant to an advertisement for bids for the im-
provement of the following streets, to -wit;
159th Street from County Road No. 15 to County Road No. 6.
by grading, base construction and applying bituminous stabilised
surfacing.
bids were recoiled, opened and tabulated according to law and the
followt g bids were received complying with the advertisanont.
AND WHEREAS, it appears that J. V. Gleason Co. of
St, Louis Park, Minnesota is the lowest responsible bidder.
NOW MMPORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF
PLYMOUTR#
"1. The mayor and clerk are hereby authorised and directed to
enter into the attached contract with J. V. 4leason Co,+
of St. jouii Park. Minnesota in the name of the Village of
Plymouth for the improvement of the following streets,
to -wits
159th street frog County Road No. 15 to County Road No. 6

2. The Village Clark is hereby authorised and directed to
return forthwith to all bidders the deposits made with
their bias, arAept that the deposits of the successful
bidder and the sit lowest bidder shall be retained
until a contract has been signed.•
