Trustee Ing" introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoptiozu
WMAEAS, a report has been given by the Village kisgineer to the Village
Council on July l8, 1%1, reoommsnding the bituminous surfacing of the
following street, to -grits
12th Ave. North from Highway No. 191 to the
Rest terminus thereof.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution me duly seconded
by Trustee Kreats and upon vote being Laken thereon, the following voted In favor
thereof: Trustee Keste, Kreats, Theis and Yngve.
The tollowing voted against the same.
