HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1961-035Tho following Resolution was offered by Trustee Yngve, seconded by `1`ru5tee Kreatz to -wit: 5ffiEREAS, the Village of Fl;rmouth engaged Nark Hurd Aerial Survey, Inc., to prepare topographical survey prints of the land in the Village. That hark Hurd Aerial Survey has agreed to furnish prints to the Village of any area renuested at the rate of 7t per square foot for the use of private parties for platting purposes. WHEREAS, the Village of Plymouth is trilling to furnish these w.irvey prints to any one renuestinf them and particularly to parties wishing to plat a tract of land into lots for future huilding,, sites. NOW ':l!E:HERME, BE IT RESOLVED =Y 111; VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE V1LLAGE OF PLYMOUTH: 1. The Village Clerk be authorized to negotiate with individual parties for these prints, whereby the party agrees to place his order with the Village Clerk and pay the required fee for the prints. The Village Clerk then to reouest Mark Hurd Aerial Survey, Inc., to furnish the prints as requested and deliver them to the Village Offices and they will then be turned over to the party from whom the reruest was made. 2. The Village Council establishes stipulated fees or charges for these prints as follows: $7.50 per acre for the first acre of land. $5.00 per acre for each additional acre of land. Upon the call of the roll, the following voted in favor of the Resolution: Trustees Keefe, Kreatz, Theis and Yngve. Absent: Mayor Anderson. The following; None, voted against its adoption, whereupon the presiding officer declared the Resolution adopted. Dated July 11, 1961. WHEREAS, the Village of Plymouth is willing to furnish these survey prints to any one requesting them and particularly to parties wishing to plat a tract of land into lots for future building sites. NOW THERICP'M, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VIII COUNCIL OF THE VILLA(Z OF PLYNDUTH: 1. The Village Clerk be authorized to negotiate with individual parties for these prints, whereby the party agrees to place hie order with the Village Clerk and pay the required fee for the paints. The Village Clerk then to request Mark Hurd Aerial Survey, Inc., to furnish the prints as requested and deliver them to the Village Offices and they will them be turned over to the party from whom the request was made. 2.
