RESOLUTION NO. 61-32
GRANTING PERMISSION TO INDEF0iDINT CONSOLIDATED
SCHOOL DISTRICT NUMBER 284 &ND THE CITY OF {a :Y-
ZATA TO INSTALL WATER AND SEWER MAINS IN COU -NIT
ROAD NUMM 15 WITHIN THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH.
WHEREAS, Independent Consolidated School District Number 284 and the City
of Wayzata have agreed to sanitary sewer and water service from the
municipal utilities of the City of dayzata and have received bids for the
installation of water and sewer mains in County Road Number 15 to serve
the new school buildings now under construction at school property located
on County Road No. 75 near Gleason's Lake in the Village of Plyuuth; and
WHEREAS, permission has already been granted by the Hennepin County Highway
Department for installation of water and sewer mains in County Road No. 15; and
WHEhEAS, a request has been made to the Village Council of the Village of
Plymouth for penTaission to install such water and sewer mains in the portion
of County Road No. 15 lying within the Village of Plymouth; and
WHEREAS, the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth has thoroughly
considered i -,above request and desires to cooperate with both Independent
School Ldstrict Number 284 and the City of Wayzata for the mutual benefit
of the affected political subdivisions.
NOW T1iP7WORE, BE IT RESOLVED 8Y THE COUNCIL OF THE: VILLAGE OF PLYMUTH,
MINNESOTA, that pennission is hereby granted to Independent School District
Number 284 and to the Qty Of Wayzata to install water and sanitary sewer
mains ir. County Road No. 15 in accordance with plans and spe-cifications
therefor prepared by Kelley and Kelley, Inc., engineers, and for the uses
and purposes therein contained.
Passed by the Village Council this 5th day of July, 1961.
