Trustee Yngve introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption:
WHEREAS# a Resolution of the Village Council adopted the 6th day of June,
1961, taxed the 27th defy of June, 1961, as the date for a public hearing on the
grading, base construction, drainage and bituminous stabilised base surfacing with
respect to the following street, to -vitt
Forestview Lane from County Road 15 to Ridgemount Avenue
AL- LEAS, all property osiers whose property In liable to be assessed for
the making of thew improvessents were given ten days' published notice of the
Council hearing through two weekly publications of the required notice and the
hearing was held and property owners heard thereon on the 27th day of June, 1961.

"I. Such improvements as set out above and for the street as
abow indicated are hersby ordered as proposed in the Council
Resolution adopted June 6, 1961.
2. The Village Engineer is hereby directed to props" plans and
specifications for the making of such improvements."

ded by Trustee Theis &rid upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in
favor thereofs
Mayor Anderson, Trustees Keefe, Kreatns, Theis and Yngw.

None.
