1 6RESOLUTION WAIVING REQUIREMNTS OF
SUBDIVISION 0"INANCE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH
BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of Plymouth:
That the requirements of the Ordinance of the Pillage of Plymouth
'passed on July 16, 1959, and filed August 7, 1959, in Book 83$Lof Milo-
cellaneous Records, page 5% Register of Deeds, Hennepin County,
Mirmesota, relating to conveyance of parcels of land less than two and
one-half (2*) acres it hrea, are hereby waived as to the following
described landes
Lot Three(3), Block One (1), Raths First Addition, according
to the map pr plat thereof on file or of record.: in the
offices of 'tate Register of ,Deeds, Hennepin Count,{, Mingo®ata.
