Tnat the requirements of the Ordinance of the Village of Plymouth
passed on July 16, 1959, and filed August 7, 1959, in gook 838 of Mis-
cellaneous Records, Page 55, Register of Deeds, Hennepin County,
Minnesota relating to oornayance of parcels of land less than two and
one-half X21) &ores in area, are hereby waived as to the following
described lander
All that part of the Southeast 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4
of Section 17, T1109 R21ii, described as followes Be-
ginning at a point on the East line of said Southeast
1/4 of the Southwest 1/4 distant 497.5 feet North of the
Southeast corner thereof] thence West parallel with the
South line of MAA Southeast 3/4 of the Southwest 1/4 a
distance of 183 feetf th,ice North parallel with said
East line 125 feed thence East parallel with said South
line 10 feet to the East line thereof thence South to
the point of beginning= smsept as easement for road purposes
over the East 33 feet thereof.
Adopted this 18th day of April, 1961.

That the requirements of the Ordinance of the Village of Plymouth
passed on July 16, 19599 ad filed August 7, 1959. in Hook 838 of Min-
cellaneous Records, page 55. Register of Deeds, Hennepin County,
Minnesota relating to conveyance of parcels of land lose than two and
one-half X21) acres in area, are hereby waived as to the following
described land
All that part of the Southeast 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4
of Section 17, T110, R220, described as followst Be -
