McNULTY APPRAI•ER February 3, 1961 Section 282.01 of Minnesota Statutes for 1949, provides that after the County Board has classified tax forfeited land, the village council of the village in which the property is located, must approve its classifica- tion and sale. I am herewith enclosing two copies of a list of tax forfeited land located in the Village of Plymouth, which for identification purposes has been designated as List "506-C", January 31, 1961. The land described in this list has been classified by the County Board of Hennepin County as non - conservation land and the sale thereof has been authorized by said Board. I am also enclosing three copies of a proposed resolution approving this classification and the sale of said land. Will you please have your Council act on this resolution at their very earliest convenience and as soon as the resolution has been acted upon, return to this office one copy of the list together with two certified copies of the resolution. In order that we can complete preparations for the sale of tax for- feited land scheduled for this spring, it is necessary that this classifi- cation list be returned to this office by April let.
