NOW THEREF'OR'E, IT RESOLVED, 1. That the V111agb Council of the Village of Plvmouth hereby establishes a Park arA Recreational Advisory Commission to advise the Village Council an matters concerning the acquisition and operation 6f mark }` and Recreational fsailitiese Z, That the Commission shall consist of a Chairman appointed by the Mayor for a tern idetatioal to the Mayor's term and tour members #levted by the remainder of ',he Courcil and who shall be elected for two year terms except t}.�` two of the members first elected by the Council shall have a first t'rm expiring on December 31, 1961. That the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth hereby establishes a Pack and Recreational Advisory Commission to advise the Village Council on matters concerning the acqui- sition and operation of Park and Recreational facilities. �. That the Commission shall consist of a Chairman appointed by the Mayor for a term identical to the Mayor=s term and four members elected by the remainder of the_Council and who shall be elected for two year terms except that two of the members first elected by the Council shill ,have a first term expiring on December 31, 1961, The other two elected by the:Couneil shall have their first term expiring on December 31, 1962, 3. That the Commission shall establish its own rules of pro- cedure and shall appoint its own Secretary, who need not be a member of the Commission. The Secretary, if nvt other- wise a regular member of the Commission, shall serve as an ex -officio member but without a vote. 4. That the Commission shall a all of its reports and re- commendations to the Villate Council Committee on Public Welfare or to the Village Council; Upon the call of the roll the following voted in favor of the Resolutions Mayor Anderson, Trustee Keefe, Kreatz, Theis and Tngve, The following. none, voted against its adoption, whereupon the presiding officer declared the Resolution adopted, Dated April 4, 1961.
