HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1961-013-5- The 5- The following Resolution eras offered by Trustee Ingve, seconded by Trustee Theis to-vit s RBS=TION WAInN RIQUIR0M1'i`8 OF SUMMSION ORDINANO SAS Ordinance of Village of Plymouth No. 59-16 adopted of June 16, 1959, provides for certain restrictions an conveyance of land of less than 2i acres in area, and WHREAS said Ordinance provides that the Village Council may waive compliance therewith by Resolution, and WMEAS a request has been received that said restrictions of said Ordinance be waived as the grounds that enforcement of such restrict- ions would cause an undue hardship with respect to the following described property lying within the Village of Plymouth, Cwvmty of Hennepin, State of Minnesota, to -wit{ All that part of Lot 11, Block 2, City View Acres 2nd Unit, lying Northwesterly of a line described u follows: Beginning at a posit sn the Northeasterly line of said lot distant 140 fest Southeasterly of the Northerly cantor thereofi Thence Soathwstorly to a point on the South lite of stid Lot 1 distant 45 fest East of the Southwest owner thereef, and there andira , UM ARB RE IT AZSOLVKD by the Village CW40OU Of the Village of Plymouth as follow t 1. That with respect to the hereinabove described property an undue hardship would result from the strict application of the previsions of Sostioa 1.01 of Ordinance No. 59-16 relat- ing to lot areas. 2. That with respect to such property compliance with Section 1.01 of Ordinance No. 59-16 is herby waived. 3. That consent is hereby given to the conveyance of said property as above legally described.
