Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting, of the Village
Council of the Village of PljnIonth, Minnesota, tree duly held at the Village
}fall in said village an Tuesday, the 31st of January, 1461 at 8s00 P. M. Cen-

The following ambers were presents Trustees Keefe, Kreata, Theis, and Yngve,
and the following wera absents Mayor Anderson.

The following Resolution was offered by Trustee Theis, seconded by Trustee
Kreatss to -wits

FACING OF 33rd AMWE. THE ACCEPTANCE AND
RATIFICATION OF CONTRACTS BY THE VILLAtIE
COUNCIL.
k' WI— AS, pursuant to advertisement for bids the Village Council has
entered into a contract with Jeronas Begin Cortracting CoKpany for the construct-
ion of a store cower on Gray -e Aveme and with J. V. Gleason Company fett the
bituminous surfacing of 33rd Ave=*, and
WUWAS, s&W contracts were entered into prior to the adoption o` a
Resolution detetminiQ to sake said improvement but all other preliminary
proceedings were properly taken, and
SAS, the Caacil was authorised to ratify and adopt said contracts
after said preliminary proceedings were takers, sad
64AS, said projects have been constructed and the Village Council
recognizes the liability of the Village for the coni_,act cast.
NOW THEREFORE, EE IT RE;SOLVIM, that all actions heretofore taken by said
contractors in the performance of the *41A contracts and by the Officers of
the Village in the acceptance thereof are hereby approved and ratified.

Tho following now, voted against its adoption, whereupon the presiding
officer declared the Resolution adopted.

Village of Plymouth, Rinneoota, hereby certify that I have carefully compared
the attached aid foregoing extract of minutes of a spotdal meeting of the
Village Council of said village hold January 931, 1961, with the original thereof
on file in my office, avid the e.ma is a full, true and conaste transcript
