BE IT 1WOLVSD by the Village Coumil of the Village of Plymouth,
Mirmasota as follows:
I. The village council deems it necessary and ex`edisnt to issue
the negotiable coupon road improvement of the village in t6aa
awount of $74.500.00 consisting of 75 bonds in thv denomination of $1,001'+.00
except Bond M . 1 which shall Ix, $500.00, dated January 1, 1961, batting
interest at the rate or rates designated by the sucea�sful bidder, payabls
January 1, 1962 and semiannually thereafter on January I and July 1 in each
year, which bonds are to manure va rtally on January 1 in the years and a-
ts as follows: $14,5A0.00 ia. 1963, and $15,000.00 in 1964 to 1967, both
inclusive.
2. The village council uteame it necessary in order to provide, for
payment of the said towds at maturity, to levy assessments in
she amomt of $74,500.00 ever a p6.riod of 5 years beginning In 1963.
3. The village council shall meet at the Council hail, at 13800

,..m. for the purpose of receiving and considering sealed bids for the purchase
of said bands am ,.he clerk shall cause notice of sola to be given by publica-
tion, oc least ten days in advance of the data of sale in the official nwapaper
of the village and in Coswarcial kUt, a financial paper published in Minneapolis,
Of— sou. Said notice shall recite that the village will furnish printed
bonds and approving legal opinion of Messrs. Howard, Peterson, 1AFevare, laflar
and Haart$en, Minneapolis, Minnesota, both vithesut expense to the purchaser,
shall require sealed bids accompanied by a good faith check in tht: amount of
at least $1.306.00, shall state that all binds shall state one or more rates
of interest in toultiplea of one-quorter or one-tenth of one percent, and shall
state that the bands will be payable at any suitable bank designated by the
purchaser and that delivery will be mads within forty days after the date of
gala.
The motion for the adoption of the fora,boing resolution was duly
seconded by Trust" Krests , and upon vote be tag taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thareofI Mayor Anderson, Trustees; Keefe, greats
Theis and Yngve.

Village of Plymouth, soca, hereby certify that I have carefully covapaared
the attached and forming extract of minutes of a regular meeting of the
village council of said village held January 10, 1961, with the original there-

therefrom insofar as the saws relates to the issuance and asla of $74,500.00
