Be it resolved by the Village Council of 'lymouth that:
Where" it is' the Council's Intent assd purpose, i;o hear all
grevenaes, complaints, directives and petitions.
And %bore" there cadets a problem concerned with sufficient
Council meeting time to fairly hear each presentation.
Now therefore; be it resolved that the following proceedure
be inaeted to assure all public equal rights and opportunitj to appear
before the Village Council as followes
A. In every case prior appointment shall be cernu ed through
the Villaas Clerk.
B. Upon receipt the Clerk shall determine if each presentation
would be best expedited by refferal. to Village service
facilities, the Planning Con�ssion or Village Council.
C. Upon determination the Clerk *hall assign the p�7esent4Ltion
to proper channels and offer the presenting public an
appointment.
U. All referrals made to the Village Council shall first be
reviewed by the Kayor and if thy+ presentation can be
further eacpedited to a Council ^.owittes assignment then
the Mayor shall so act.
