preliminary plans for the improvement of a part of Trunk Highway
Number 300 renumbered as Trunk Highway Number_ within the

WHEREAS said preliminary plans are on f ile in the office of
the DepartTpnt of Highways, Saint Paul, Minnesota, being markadj,
labeled, and identified aslof. 2723.02 {TA= M Ugaut U
and
11HEREAS copies of said preliminary plans as so marked, labeled
and identified are also on file in the office of the Ti1Z+#t Clerk;
and
WHEREAS the term "said preliminary plans" as hereinafter used
in thebodyof this resolution shall be deemed and intended to mean,
refer to, and incorporate the preliminary plans as in the fnregoing
recitals partioularlj identified and described;
NdW, THEN, BE IT RESOLVED that said preliminary plans for the
improvement of Trunk Hir)vvay Niimbor renumbered Trunk Highway

Whereas;, the Legal voters of the Village of Plymouth,
on December :2nd, 1958p voted 996 to 511 for the issuance of
license in the Vilingo of Plymouth, and,
Whereas, the legal voters further voted 976 to 5k6 on
a referendum ballot 1.n favor of establishing a atinicipal
dispensary, I hereby move that this council take i;mmediete
steps to establish su3h municipal dispensary on an offs -sale
basis only] shd,
