RESOLUTION
OF THE
VILLAGfs OF
PLYMOUTH
WHEREAS, it appears that Ella Roggemann is the c:-ner of certain land in
the 'Village of Plymouth, said land being within Govermmnt Tot 1,
Section 24, Township 118, Range 22, and,
WHEREAS, it further appears that said Ella Roggemann has conveyed the
South 110 feet of the North 795 feet of the West 416 feet of Government
lot 1, Section 24, Township 118, Range 22 and that such conveyance is
in violation of the Ordinances of the Village of Plymouth, Ordinance
No. 59-16, Chapter 13, and,
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the Village Council of the Village of
Plymouth to grant its approval of such conveyance and division of said
property ,
NOW THEREFORE DE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of
Plymouth that said conveyance of the above mentioned Ella Roggemann of
the above deeâ–ºcEibed property and such d!vsion is hereby approved.

I have carefully examined bed= the foregoing Resolution passed on the
