R E 5 0 L U T I O N
At a (regular) (special) meeting of the VillaC4 O&QnGil
of the P111an of Plyoutb duly held on the

has approved the plans and specifications for the improvement of
that part of Trunk Highway Number JS renumbered as Trunk Highway
Number 33 within the corporate limits of the VLUW
of PumutA from the Jet* C.S.A.H. 9
to 0.3 Nio Be of Jot. C.S.A.II. 6 ; and
W&E AS in order to obtain Federal aid in the construction of
said Trunk Highway Number IM renumbered as Trunk Highway
Number " the Bureau of Public Roads requires the assurance that
the VLLUV of Plw a tlt will not suffer
any encroachment of ary nature or kind whatsoever on the right of way
of said Trunk Highway Number 18 renumbered as Trunk Highway
Number s3 within the corporate limits of tha said Willa"
of Paye ; and
AEREAS the Commissioner of Highways desires in the interest
of public safety that all parking of vehicles on said trunk highway be
parallel with the curb F..d at least 20 feet from any crosswalk.
N0W, TMA, BE IT REbOLViD that said Pslu" of
P37ovuO does hereby agree and covenant that it will
never permit or suffer, within its corporate limits, any encroachment
of any kind whatsoever, including curb gas pumps and gas stations,
billboards or other structures of any kind whatsoever, upon the right
of way of Trunk Highway Number IN renumbered as Trunk Highway
Number and to the above end said X60 of Pll"M at
hereby agrees that it will never issue any license, permit, or grant,

or give any leave or liberty or any other consent of whatever form for
the construction or maintenance of any encroachment whatsoever, includ-
ing curb gas pumps and gas stations, billboards or other structures of
any kind whatsoever, upon said right of way; and that said

as possible to eliminate existing encroachments constituting traffic
hazards and will further take any necessary action to eliminate any
encroachment that may hereafter exist on said trunk highway right of
way; and

all vehicles on said trunk highway to be parallel with the curb and at
least twenty (20) feet from any crosswalks on all public streets
intersecting said trunk highway within the corporate limits of said
