that the stgeet harciealter described should be designated as "Municipal State
Aid Strett". under the provisions of Minnesota Laws of J"7, Chapter 943;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED. by the Village Council of the
Village of M=outh, that the street described and numbered as follows. to-wit.-
135th
o-wit:
135th Street North - From State Trunk Highway No. S5
to County Road No. 9,;
be. and hereby is designated as "Municipal State Aid Street" of said Village,
subject to the approval of the Commissioner of highways of the State of Minnesota.
BE IT ,FURTHER RESOLVED, that AG Village Clerk is hereby authorised
and directed to forward two certified copies of this resolution to the Commissioner
of Highways. for his consideration, that uip*& his approval of the designation of
said streets. or portions thereof, such approved streets or portions thereof. shall
be added to the Municipal State Aid Street System of the Village of nMcnth. and
that same be constructed, improved and maintained in accordance with the rules
and regultations of the Commissioner of I'iighwayp;; and the provisions of Llinnesota
Laws d 1961. Chapter 943.
