HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1960-023VILLAGE OF, BYMOUTH RESOLUTION WHEREAS, the Village Offices and the Village Hall of the Village of Plymouth have been constructed and equiped to conduct the official busi- ness of the Village of Plymouth, and WHERBAS, the official business of said Village is conducted regularly and specially therein by the Village Council and by such other persons and groups of persons as are designated by said Council and the Municipal Court of said Village cono:cts its official business therein, and WHEREAS, the Village Council deems that the use of said offices and hall for unofficial and rcon-village purposes will interfere with or impede the conduct of official business as here and before set out, and said Council, wishing to show no partiality or preference to persons re- queating use for unofficial or non -village purposes, but desiring that official business be conducted free from sa+.d interference.
