At (regular) (special) meeting of the Vilma Coonan

IWREAS the MIMS o£ Plrouth
has approved the plans and specifications for the improvement of
that part of Trunk Highway Number UM renumbered as Trunk Highway
Number 55 within the corporate limits of theTI+I�

SAS in order to obtain Federal aid in the construction of
said Trunk Highway Number renumbered as Trunk Highway.
Number_ the Bureau of Public Road* requires the assurance that

any encroachment of any nature or kind whatsoever on the right of way
of said Trunk Highway Number,_ renumbered as Trunk Highway
Number__ within the corporate limits of the saids�+�_

11H8REI the Cosmnissioner of Highways desires in the interest
of public safety that all parking of vehicles on said trunk highway be
parallel with the curb and at least 20 feet from any crosswalk.
NOW, THEN, BE IT RESOLVED that said ,—___Ti12,ea�„_ Of
UpIwaft does hereby agree and oovenaut that it will
never permit or suffer, within its corporate limits, any encroachment
of any kind whatsoever, including curb, gas pumps and gas stations,
billboards or other structures of any kind whatsoever, upon the right
of way of Trunk Highway Number US renumbered as Trunk Highway
Number 55 and to the above and said of
hereby agrees that it will never issue any license, permit, or grant*

or give any leave or liberty or any other consent of whatever form for the
construction or maintenance of any encroachment whatsoever, including curb
gas pumps and gas stations, billboards or other structures of any kind
whatsoever, upon said right of way; and that said ]MIUMW of
Piytl� will cooperate insofar as possible to eliminate
existing encroachments constituting traffic hazards and will further take
any necessary action to eliminate any encroachment that may hereafter exist
on said trunk highway right of way; and
HE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said of
