RESOLUTION
At a (regulat) (special) meeting of the Village Council
of the Village of Plyuwuth duiy held on the _day

WMPEAS the Commissioner of Highways has prepared pians
and specifications for the improvement of a part of Trunk Highway

identified ae T.H. 22w188, S.P. 2723417013, Bridge No. 27013, 4.8 Mi.t

and
WHU= said specifications are on file in the office of
the Department of Highways, Saint Paul, Minnesota, being marked, labeled,
and identified as S.P. 2723-27013 (T.H. 55188) Minn. FCS o64 -i (16)

which, together with the Minnesota Departmeayt of Hlonsys specifications
for Highway Construction, dated May 11, 19599 on file in the office of
the Commissioner of Highways, constitute the specifications for said
improvement of Trunk Highway Number 188 an Trunk Highway
Rwimr_.Mj and
WHW&AS copies of said plans and specifications as so marked,
labeled, and identified are also on file in the office of the
Village Clerk; and
refer top and incorporate the plans and specifications as in the foregoing
recitals particularly identified and described.
NOW, TEEN, BE IT RESOLVED that said plans and specifications for
the improvement of Trunk Highway Number )M renumbered as Trunk
Highway Number within the limits of the IrILIJAM
of P1a0arlt be and hereby are approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the elevations and grades as shown in
said plans and specifications be and they are hereby approved and consent
is hereby given to any and all changes in grade occasioned by the eon-
struotion of said Trunk Highway Number__Jjk_ renumbered as Trunk Highway
Number_ 55in accordance with said plans and specifications.
Upon the call of the roll the following voted in
