Nicollet to Dell Place; Fark Drive; and 4rove Avenue,
Improvement No. 2: Brook Avenue west of Lake Drive to
Lakeview Boulevard; Lakeview Boulevard from Lake Drive to Book Avenue.
Improvement No. 3: AU streets in Hidden Lake lying South
of Block 2 of said Addition and all streets in Hidden Lake Second Addition.
Improvement No. 4: ALL streets in Ivanhoe woods,
and all incidental construction work required in the
waking of said venaatse The proposed assess-
ment roll is nor on rUe in the office of the
Village Clark and open to inspection by all, persons
interested. 'foe entire amounts assessed against
any parcel of land will be parable, unless prepaid,
in annual installments, ao determined by the Council,
the first of which vill be payable with general

governed in hearing and passing upon the objections to the said

The foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Trustee, Kreatz,
and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following were in favor thereof:

Whereupon baid Resolution van declared duly gassed and adopted.

Pursuant to a>ne call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the Village Council of the Vi,I of Plrgmouth, Minnesota vas duly held
in the Village Hall in said Village on Tuesday the first day of October,
1957, at 8:00 o'clock P. M.
The following members were present:

The Mgor announced that the mssting rax open for the purpose
Of Passing upon proposed assessments for street imparov+anents No. 1, 2,
3 and 4, pursuant to Notice of HaLring contained in Resolutions adopted
on the third day of September, 1957• The Mark produced an Affidarit
shoving publication of the Notice of Hearing on the proposed assessments,
Published as required by leer in the official newspaper of the Village,
which Notice was wmdred and fowc, satisfactory and ordered placed on file.
The Mayor then called upon all property owners then present,
either for or against the proposed assessments. It appearing that there
were no objections to the assessments, as set out in the proposed
Asses eme>ct Roll, and the some having been exemiined by the Council and
found to be properly allocated among the properties, in accordance with
the benefits realized by each tract, Trustee A "r r introduced. and
moved the adoption of the following Resolution:

Vii1FM8, The Village Council of the Village of
Plymouth has heretofore adopted a Resolution fixing the
time and place of meeting to pass gpon the proposed assess-
ment ro11 for street inptoveoents No. 1, 2, 3 and 4, more
specifically described in the Notice of hearing contained
in Resolution adopted September 3, 1957s and
Kite"' S# Notice of said meeting has been given to
all property owners whose property is to be assessed therefor,
by publication thereof in the mangier required by lean, and
Vag, All persons have had an opportunity to be
heard _n connection with said matter,
NCii, TW"CRB, BE IT RWMVED by the Villave Council
of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, as follow:
1. That the Assessment R U. as prepared by the
Vi11a®e Cleft, with the assistance of others, be,
and the some is hereby approved, and the assess-
ments therein contained are hereby dsterained to
be the special assessments fo* the woents
therein included.
2. That said assessments are found to be properly
assessed upon the properties benefited by said
improvements.
3. That the Clerk is hereby directed to certify
said assessmen;3 to the County Auditor for collec-
tion.
The motion for the adaption of the foregoing Resolution vas
immediately seconded by Trustee r L' , n - , and upon a vote being taken
thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:
