RESOLUTION DETEMUING USE OF
PMMISEB IN THE SOUTHEAST QUARTER CP SECTION 11,
TOWNSHIP 118, RANGE 22, AS A PUBLIC HIGHWAY AND
ACCEPTING THE SAME AS A PUBLIC HIGHWAY.
Resolution 60-2
WHEREAS, the public at large for more than the past six years continuously
used the property hereinafter described as a public road:
The East 19k feet of the South one-half (Sk) of the Northwest
one quarter (MW%) of the Southeast one quarter (M); and
the East 1% feet of the North one-half (Nk) of the Southwest
one quarter (SWt) of the Southeast one quarter (SES); and
the last 19h feet of the North 19& feet of the South one-half
(Sk) of the Southwest one quarter (SWt) of the Southeast one
quarter (SE%) and the North 19k feet of the South one-half
(S}) of the Southeast one quarter (Sly) of the Southeast one
quarter (SES;), all in Section 11, Township 118, Range 22.
VUREAS, for more than the past six years the Village of Plymouth has
continuously kept iu repair and maintained the area described above as a
public highway of the Village of Plymouth, and
WHEEW, the Village of Plymouth deems it to be in the public interest
that the land hereinbefore descriW be used as a public highway and accepted
by the Village of Plymouth as a public highway.
N(W, THRREPORE, DE IT RESOLVED, by the Village Council of the Village of
Plymouth, that the above recitals be incorporated herein and that the above
described property is declared to be and is a public road of the Village of
Plymouth, and accepted by the Village of Plymouth as a public road.
