RESOLUTION 60-1
Trustee Keefe introduced the following Resolution
and moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION APPROVINIG THE CHANGING OF
P.EGULAR MEETING DATES OF THE VILLAGE
COUNCIL OF _PLYMOUTH, Muv%NESOTA
WEEPY -AS, the regular meetings of the Village
Council of the Village of Plymouth have been held at
2:00 o'clock P. M. and at 8:00 o'clock P. M. on the
First Tuesday of each month, and at 8:00 o'clock P. M.
on the Third Tuesday of each month at the Village Hall
in the Village of Plymouth.
Now, Therefore, Be It Resolved, by the Village
Council of Plymouth, Minnesota.
1. That the day and time of the Regular Meetings
of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth
held on the First and Third Tuesdays of each month
be rescinded as of Arrl! 1, 1960.
2. That the Regular Meetings of the Village Council
of the Village of Plymouth be held at the Plymouth
Vill. ge Hall at 8:00 o'clock P. M. on the First,
Second and Third Tuesday of each month, a, mencing
the month of April, 1960.
3. TLIt the Regular Meeting held on the Second
Tuesday zf each month be devoted primarily to the
study and 1rocessing of old business.
Motion Lor the adoption of the foregoing Resolu-
tion was duly seconded by Trustee Theis and upon vote being
taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor
Anderson, Trustees Keefe, Kreatz and Theis. Absent: Eckes.
Whereupon said Resolution was declared duly
passed and adopted.
