PROPOSE3 ASSESSIaNT
Pursuant to +nue call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
Village Council of the Village of Plymouth was duly helm at the pillage
4411 on the 15th lay of September, 1359, at 8:00 o'clock P. M.
The followirsg maaahers were present: Anderson, Kreatz, oe.-Iial,
Thein and &-ices.
The following n mIbera were absent: none
Introduced the following
Resolution and moved its adoption:

AND ORIERM PREPARATION OF P101ME0 ASSESSMYT
AMRFAS, a contract has been enter*4 tat* for the impsoymmeet of
Pleasant Avenue, as platte3 in Parker's Lakeside 2nd Mditien, and Parker
Street from Iakeside Avenut to Pleasant Avenue, and 137th Street Borth
from Co.Anty Road IS to its Worth temin.:s, Cityview Drive from Ridgewood
Avenue to County Road 15, Arlington Avenue from 143rd Street Borth of
Austin Street, Bevc-l; Avenue from 143r3 Street Noma to Austin Stre*t, and
Austin Strost from Beverly avenue to Arlington Aven;,w by grading, and grr_-;1inS,

and the expenssa incurred or to be in:urred in making of said implrovewsat

of Lhe Improvement will be $13.50b.00 and of this cost, $13,300.00 will be
anmosaed.
*W, MREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the pillage Council of the Village
of Plymouth, Minnesota:
1.' The coat of such improvement to be specifically assessed is hereby
declared to be $13,SOO.00.
2. The Village Clerk with the assistance of the Village Engineer and
the Village Assessor shall forthwith calculate the proper amouut to be specially
&&*eased for such improvement against every assessable lot, piece or parcel
of land within the district affected, without re3ard to cash valuation as
provi.led by laws, A he shall file a copy of such proposed assessgent in
his office for public inspection.
A motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was 3uly

assessment has been oesipleted and filaJ in hie office for public inspeetinn,
WN, ?SEMPOU , BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village
of Plymsuth, Minnesota, that the hearing shall be held on the 6th day of
October, 1959. in the Village hall at 8:00 o'clock P. M. to pass upon such
proposed assessment and at such time and place, all persons craning property
affected by such imiprovem*nt will be given an opportunity to be beard
with re£erencs to such assessment.
The Village Clark is hereby directed to cause the Notice of the Nearing
an the proposed assessment to be published once (1) in the official newspaper
at least two (I) weeks prior to the bearing. and he shall state in the
Notice the total cost of the improvement.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing 9asglution was duly
