BE; IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Village Clerk is hereby authorized
and cirected to forward two certified copies of this resolution to the Commissioner
of Highways for his consideration, that upon his approval of the deletion of said
street. or portions 'jitreof, such approved street or portions thereof shall be
delated from the "Municipal State Aid Street System" of the Village of Kl�outia-
in accordance with the rules and regulations of the Commissioner of Highways. and
the provisions of Minuetiota. Laws of 1957, Chapter 943.
