WS1NW , it is proposed to improve by grading graveling and
widening 137th Street North from County Road No. 15 to its North terminus,
approximately 1,000 feat north of County Road Nb. 15, and to asaeu thi_
abutting property for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement,
pursuant to U.S.A. Sections 429 to 429.111, and
WHRMXAB, the matter needs to be referred to Ralph P. Fredrickson,
the Village Rugiaser, for study and report in a preliminary say as to
whether the proposed impm vemeut is feasible, and as to whet—er it should
best be mads as proposed or in connection with some other improvement,
and the estimated cost of the improvement as racoaioeaded. and
WRSRSAS, Ralph P. Fredrickson, the Village Zaginser, is present
and in writing submitted to the Council that the propoaei improvement is
feasible and that it can best be made in connection with letting bids an.a
doing work the some time as otbar improvements praposed, that will be
considered at the meeting of May 27, 1959. That the estimated cost is
$2.604.00, and that all property abutting *aid s,.ra..t proposed to be
improved should be assessed for said costs.

1. The Council will consider the improvement of such street
in accordance with the report and the assessment of abutting property for
all or a portion of the cost of the isTrovement, pursuant to M.S.A. Sections
429,011 to 429.111, at an estimstod total cost of the improvement of
$2,600.00.
2. A pib...Lc hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement
on the 27th day of °'lay, 1959, in the Council chambers of the Village Hall
at 8:00 o'clock p.m. and the Clerk shall give published notice of such
hearing and iuiprovemeent as required by law,
