RESOLUTION RECEILVING REPORT AND CALLING HEARING ON IMPROVEMENT.
WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution of the council adopted April 21,
1959, a report has been prepared by Mr. Ralph P. Fredrickson with reference
to the improvement of Pleasant Avenue, as platted in Parker's Lakeside 2nd
ffAyddition; and Parkj�r Street from Lakes de Avenue to Pleasant Avenue,

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Village Council of
Plymouth, Minnesota:
1. The council_. will consider the improvement of such streets in
accordance with the report and the assessment of abutting property for all
or a.portion. of the cost of the improvement pursuant to M.S.A. Sections
429.011 to 429.111 (Laws 1953, Ch. 398) at an estimated total cost of the
improvement of $4,430.00.
2. A public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement
on the 27th day of May, 1959, in the council chambers of the Village Hall
at 8:00 o'clock p.m. and the clerk shall give published notice of such
hearing and improvement as required by law.
Adopted by the Village Council this 5th day of May, 1959.

WHEREAS, it is proposed to improve the grading and graveling
on Pleasant Avenue, as platted in Parker's Lakeside 2nd Addition; and
grading and graveling on Parker Street from Lakeside Avenue to Pleasant
Avenue and to assess the abutting property and property affected for all
or a portion of the cost of the improvement, pursuant to H.S.A. Sections
429 to 429.111,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE 1T RESOLVED, by the Village Council of
Plymouth, Minnesota:
That the proposed improvement be referred to Ralph P.
Fredrickson, the Village Engineer, for study and that he is instructed to
report to the Council with all convenient speed advising the Council in a
preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as
to whether it should best be made as proposed or in connection with some
other improvement, and the estimated cost of the improvement as recommended.
Adopted by the Council this 21st day of April, 1959.

thereof, shall be addei to the Municipal State Aid :street System of the Village
of Plymouth, and that sar_ie be constructed,, improved and maintained in accor-
dance with the rules and regulations of the Cbmmissioner of Highways, and the
provistoms of Minnesota Laws of 1957, Chapter 943.
