RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND CALLING HEARING ON IMPROVEMENT.
WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution of the council adopted April 21,
1959, a report has been received from Mr. Ralph P. Fredrickson with reference
to the i_mpiovement Fiighcrest Boulevard from County Road 6 to Valley Street;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Village Council of Plymouth,
1. The council will consider the improvement of such street in
accordance with the report and the assessment of abutting property for all
or a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to %.S.A. Sections
429.011 to 429.111 (Laws 1953, Ch. 398) at an estimated total cost of the
improvement of $6,100.00.
2. A public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement
on the 27th day of May, 1959, in the council chambers of the Village Hall
at 8:00 o'clock p.m. and the clerk shall give published notice of such
hearing and improvement as required by law.
Adopted by the Village Council this 5th day of May, 1959.

W`HEREAS, it is proposed to improve the grading, widening,
straightening, and graveling of the following described streets:
Highcrest Boulevard from County Road 6 to Valley Street,
Valley Street from Highcrest Boulevard to Summit Street,
Sunnit Street, as platted, in Suburbandale on Parker's
Lake,
and to assees the abutting property and property affected for all or a
portion of the cost of the improvement, pursuant to M.S.A. Sections 429
to 429.111,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Village Council of
Plymouth, Minnesota:
That the proposed improvement be referred to Ralph P.
Fredrickson, the Village Engineer, for study and that he is instructed to
report to the Council with all convenient speed advising the Council in a
preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as
to whether it should best be made as proposed or in cou action with some
other improvement, and the estimated cost of the improvement as recommended.
Adopted by the Council this 21st day of April, 1959.
