RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND CALLING HEAAM OF IMPROVEMT.
WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution of tha Council adopted April 21,
1959, a report has been prepared by Mr. Ralph P. Fredrickson with reference
to the improvement of Parkgrs Lake Roa f (o rly,C�ounty Road #74) f om

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Village Council of
Plymouth, Minnesotai
1. The council will consider the improvement of such street in
accordance with the rpPort and the assessment of abutting property for all
or a portion of the coat of the improvement pursuant to M.S.A. Sections
429.011 to 429.111 (Laws 1953, Ch. 398) at an estimated total cost of the
improvement of $14,300.00.
2. A public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement
on the 27th day of Nay, 1959, in the council chambers of the Village Hall
at 8:00 o'clock p.m. and the clerk shall give published notice of such
hearing and improvement as required by law.
Adopted by the Village Council this 5th day of May, 1959.

East side of Parkers Lake Road (formerly County Road #74) from Lakeview
Drive to approximately 800 feet South and to assess the abutting property
and property affected for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement,
pursuant to M.S.A. Sections 429 to 429.111,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Village Council of
Plymouth, Minnesota:
That the proposed improvement be referred to Ralph P. Fredrickson,
the Village Engineer, for study and that he is instructed to report to the
Council with all convenient speed advising the Council in a preliminary
way as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as to whether
it should best be made as proposed or in connection with some other
improvement, and the estimated cost of the impia vement as recoxwended.
Adopted by the Council this 21st day of April, 1959.
