Dear Herb:
I an returning the Resolutions and so forth in the County
Lands Department letter of February 25, 1959, concerning the
forfeited land.
The Land Commissioner says that on the piece,of property that

he is wing to pay then up. For that reason he sclggests that

He has not heard from the second parcel, but as I recall, Pyr.

Intends to catch up.
In view of this. I see nothin; e,.se to do but to sign the
Resolutions and send them in.
