An Ordinance Amending the
Building Code of the Village of
PIymouth
The Village Council of the Vil-
lage of Plymouth eo hereby or-
dLM as follows:
Section 1. Amendment of Uni-
form Building Code
Section 303 (a) of the Uniform
Building Code, 1961 Edition, Vol-
ume 1, adopted by the Council on
May 16, 1961 is hereby amended
by deleting therefrom Table No.
3-A—Building Permit Fees and
substituting the following there-
for:
Total Valuation Fee
Less than $20.00....................No Fee
More than $20.00 to and
including $100.00 ..................$2.00
More than $100.00 to and
including $400.00 .................. 3.00
More than $400.00 to and
including $700.00 .................. 5.00
More than $700.ft to and
including $10011.00 ................ 6.00
Each additional $1000.00 or
fraction thereof .... $1.00 per 1,000
All inspections not normally
required .................................. 5.00
Inspection requested by con-
tractor, builder or owner at
hours before 8 am. and
after 5 p.m on weekdays
or at any hour on Satur-
days, Sundays, or holi-
days ........................................10.00
The above fees shall cover gen-
eral construction, plumbing and
heating work only.
Section L Applications for and
Payments of Refunds.
Within a period of 31, days from
and after the date of ,publication
of this ordinance any person to
whom a building permit was
issued between the dates of May
16, 1961 a: -.d December 12, 1961
may apply for and receive a re-
fund of fees paid during said per-
iod in excess of those specified in
Section 1 above.
Section 3. Effective Date.
This ordinance shall become
effective upon its passage and
publication.
