VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH
An Ordinance to Include Within
the Multiple Dwelling Zoning
Classification for the Village of
Plymouth Certain Properties in
Registered Land Survey No.
1009 and Therefore Amending
the Zoning Ordinance of the
Village of Plymouth
The Village Council of the Vil-
lage of Plymouth does hereby or-
dain as follows:
Section 1. Section 2 of Plym-
outh Village Zoning Ordinance
No. 2 as amended is hereby fur-
ther amended by adding to and
including within the Multiple
Dwelling Zone the following de-
scribed land:
Tracts A, S, C and D, Regis-
tered Land Survey No. 1009.
Section 2. The Village Clerk is
hereby directed and authorized to
change and amend the zoning
map of the Village of Plymouth
,o as to show the above said par-
cel as zoned "Multiple Dwelling."
Section 3. This Ordinance shall
become effective upon its passage
and publication.
Adopted by the Village Council
November 21, 1961.
